Cost of Attendance for Financial Aid

The cost of attendance (COA) budget is an estimation of the costs you will incur while enrolled at the university for tuition/fees, books/supplies, room/board, transportation, and personal/miscellaneous categories.  The COA is used to calculate need eligibility for certain scholarship funds, and it provides a cap for maximum financial aid within one academic year. It is not the amount that will be billed to you, because it includes tuition/fees as well as estimates for the indirect costs shown below. Your actual COA, including any applicable loan fees, will be calculated and shown in your Award Letter after you request financial aid.

Estimated Costs for Books, Supplies, Transportation, Room, Board, Personal Expenses

These costs are not paid directly to Fielding and are estimates for an average student.  Significant cost increases due to individual circumstances, disability, dependent care, or computer purchase are considered on an individual basis by requesting a COA appeal with the Financial Aid Office.
